Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Lithuanian warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, all changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this time will be rejected. After receiving your order, you can return it and receive a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit payment methods (VISA, Mastercard, ApplePay) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and sales. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. There is also an option to ship your items on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of dispatch, you can receive a full refund.
Will I be subject to duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes, and duties and taxes may be payable upon receipt of the order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may apply when the order reaches its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and charges is your responsibility and will not be paid by us. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more detailed tax information.

What if I received a damaged/wrong/defective product?
Please contact us if you have received items that are incorrect, missing or damaged. Please provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and all relevant details upon receipt of the item. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank if you have any questions about crediting the refund to your account. If you haven't yet accessed the return record for your returned item, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
